Re: [MOL] megakaryoblastic leukemia

Dear William,

Before I can get you any info, I need to ask you some questions about your sister.  How old is she?  When was she diagnosed and at what stage is she in?  What part of the country are you in?  What are her drs telling her?  Is she comfortable with her oncologist -- is he/she taking the time to answer all of your and her questions, does he/her have a postive outlook, etc.

Also, while I greatly appreciate your questions, don't bury your sister just yet.  There are so many new products coming out on the market in the foreseable future.

Please write back to me.  Also, I'll be praying for your sister and you in the meantime.

Subject: [MOL] megakaryoblastic leukemia

My sister has been diagnosed with megakaryoblastic leukemia. Could
anyone bring me up to speed on the issues relating to her illness. I am
particularly interested in hearing from those who have had loved ones
with this illness. We know that the survival rate is poor and are
especially in learning about the end stage and how we might be of help
to her along the way to either recover or . . .

Thankyou
