Re: [MOL] Angelo

Dancing to the beat, tapping my little feet, dancing down the street!!!  Great for Agelo's reports, thank you so much for sharing them with us.  You are right, it is Angelo's life and he should have the doctor that takes the time, gives him hope and truly cares........Your friend, Lillian

Hi everyone,

My husband went for his 3rd chemo treatment today and now we are
home and he is resting.  The Taxol really takes the energy right
out of him.  We talked to another Onc. today because our's is on
vacation.  I really liked him (a lot better than the one we have),
but my husband seems to be afraid to rock the boat when it comes
to getting a different doctor.  I trying to make him realize that
this is his life and he should'nt be afraid of hurting a doctors
feelings.  He believes that if he offends his doctor that he is not
going to get the proper treatment from her.  Which is ridiculous.
The on-call doctor really took the time to sit and talk to Angelo
and me about how we felt about the treatments so far.

He also went over Angelo's Cat Scan with us and we both feel better
about the results today.  He said that everything is unchanged, which
is good, because it means that it's not growing and that the chemo
must be doing some good.

Marty, thankyou so much for the information about immune therapy,  We
are definatly going to look into this.

Lil, and Liz and whoever else thought that I was offended,  I wasn't.
I think that all of you are so intelligent and thoughtful, and I value
everything you have to say, so please don't think I was offended.

God Bless You All
Mary
