My thoughts and prayers are with you. It may seem like God is giving you more than you can handle, but I promise you he will not. I too am grateful that Danny and his dad are both alive. I am here if you need me.

Well today I've been able to take a break in the action for a little while. I pawned the 3 little munchkins off on my mother (bless her heart I know they will run her into the ground!!). Jim had a bone scan this a.m. to see if the cancer has gone to his bones. We meet with the dr. on Monday to get the results (they're closed tomorrow for the holiday). With the exception of our trip and tomorrow, he's receiving radiation 5 days a week for the lymph gland that is still swollen so large it's frightening just to look at it, it has not reduced any at all yet. His father-in-law was supposed to be delivered home today by ambulance but I don't know yet that that actually has happened. But the good news is that they're both alive. I've seen the car that they were in and it looks more like a crushed coke can than a car; it's extremely frightening to think of them being crushed into that little space. I haven't been able to thank God enough for not taking my son from me. I just couldn't have withstood that. I'm exhausted, but have spent the entire day trying to read through my 700+ email messages. I want to assure everyone that even though I've only taken the time to respond to a couple of messages, I have scanned all of them. Please forgive me for not responding to many that I should have answered.I will try to keep up in the future and not let myself get so far behind. All else is clear on the Texas front for me. Has anyone heard anything from Gwen recently? The fires they are having in Florida right now are extremely close to where she lives and I haven't been able to get through to her.
