I finally finished the samoyed puppy jigsaw puzzle. It sure was tough!
The hardest part of doing a jigsaw puzzle is taking it apart once you're
finished!
Oops! I left my garage door open from about 5:00 p.m. yesterday until
10:30 this morning. Luckily nothing is missing and there aren't any
critters in there!
I went to the American Cancer Society today to pick up my monthly quota
of Ensure. I don't use it everyday, just occasionally. Sometimes I use
it for a meal when I'm trying to lose some weight. It surprises me how
low the RDA percentages are on the nutrition label. I had thought that
each serving provided 100% of the major nutrients. Turns out that it
only supplies 17-34% of various nutrients. Even if I drank 3 a day, I
would only get 50% of certain nutrients. I'm lucky that I'm well enough
to eat and don't have to depend on Ensure for my total nutrition.
I got some good news about work yesterday. Our office hours have been
7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight for quite awhile. Beginning in the middle of
July, they are changing the hours to 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. So at least
I won't have to worry about working midnight hours when I go back to
work. Yay!
