Re: [MOL] Sheila:favorite Bible story and homework

Sheila--I still haven't figured out how to get rid of all of the attachements,
but I will work on it !

The New Testament story that best helps me with the whole cancer and possible
why me thing is the one about John the Baptist. He was in jail and beheaded
because of Herod's lust. John (the name means "the beloved") was loved by
Jesus, he was His cousin and Jesus could have saved him in a heart beat--but
didn't. When John sent a message to Jesus with one of the diciples saying
essentially what gives have I backed the wrong horse ? Jesus sends back the
reply (something to the effect, I don't have it here at the moment ) I am
out saving souls my Plan is unfolding perfectly. I sometimes think that this
happened , so that 2000 years later I would have an answer to my questions. I
know it"s a little presumptious of me but... Sorry for my rambling, I know
that this isn't a religous forum, but it could be some food for thought or
some homework for those that don't remember the story.

Love and prayers to you and your familys--Bernie
