would recommend that you pick up a copy of Greg Anderson's: Fifty Essential
Things To Do When the Doctor Says It is Cancer... It is a wonderful book
for you and your father to read... I suggest this book first as it is easy to
get through quickly.... It will be a benefit to all involved in your
fathers cancering journey.. After that there are other books that will be
good to get.. You must and will realize after reading this that much of
the cancering journey centers around faith and the mind... We can become
what we think based on information that we take in.. That information can
be negative or positive and will affect us accordingly..
As you go on the search for information on adenocarcinoma, let me tell you
from experience that you will not find the star of hope that you are looking
for... You will find that it is frightening and not real
encouraging.. I myself have chosen to believe that I will and have
survived this.. Afterall if they say you have a 40% of making it... then
that means that 40 out of 100 will.... Once you view numbers this way, it
can get easier..
