RE: [MOL] Hats-- Sheila

Dear Sheila,

I can't stand paperwork--my wife does most of it and makes x's where
she needs me to sign. I know how hard you caregivers have to work,
my wife has really been the most amazing person through all of this.

Something you said a few messages ago reminded me of my wife: she
said that she has gone through the denial/pity/rage/acceptance cycle
already, while I've been way back here in denial. In many ways, I think
this has been harder on her than it has been on me. She's got a good
imagination, and imagines what it would be like if I died. I try to tell her
that its dumb to do that, but she is who she is.

I'm really glad to hear that things are looking up for your dad! I'm sure
everything will turn out just fine.

Love,

Ross

Dear Ross,

Glad to hear you are in good spirts. Had a rough day dealing with SS, SSI, Medicaid,
DHS, foodstamps, and the like. Am tired. But it looks like things just might work
out for my dad. Keeping my fingers crossed anyway. Talked to some really nice
people in the process, so that is good. So, all in all was a good day.

Sheila
