Re: [MOL] Good days

Sheila,

I am so happy for you and your parents! How wonderful about your mom's
sobriety. So few alcoholics make it. I'm glad your mom was one of the
survivors. And that was really nice of her to pay for your next 3-4
months on the internet.

And I, too, will hope & pray that your dad's cancer is gone. He sounds
like a really great person. My grandfather on my dad's side was sort-of
like that, reading all of the time, always wanting to learn more. We
kids loved talking to him.

Sounds like your perspective on values is right on target, too. I
especially liked your closing - "Have a good day, unless you've made
other plans." How true. It's all in the mind, isn't it? All a matter
of perspective.

Please send your mom my warmest regards and tell her I'm proud of her,
too.

Love,
Jean
