Dear Marty,
You have been missed. I am glad to see that you and Barbara are
attending part of the Clinical Oncologist meeting in LA. I agree, it is
quite an exciting time and I believe that some major advances are about
to occure in the war on cancer. Our knowledge about the cause and
effect ratio of many life styles on cancer, the discovery of several new
compounds, the advancement of some new theories on killing cancer cells,
an increased understanding of the immune system, and the age of molecular
genetics have all contributed to a fruitful environment that is bound to
lead to the irradication of cancear...from my mouth to God's ears!
I am well and have recovered from the effects of the biopsy (mainly a
real sore throat). I begin work on the kids room tonight and, after
taking a close look at the walls, I have a bit of prep work ahead of me.
At least Ruth will be happy and I'll stay out of trouble for a couple of
days! I will be singing off of mol-cancer on Friday and will resubscribe
on Tuesday or Wednesday. I just can't see the sense to letting the
messages accumulate to the point that the server jams up.
I hope that you have a wonderful Memorial Weekend and I'll be posting to
you from home.
God Bless my brother and stay well. My love and hugs to Barbara...I
realy enjoy that southern soft voice!
Love You
John
