Jeanne you brought up a good point about eating the whole vegetable and
fruit with the pulp and skin being better for you than juicing... I have
had many people ask me about that when they find out I am juicing... My
only answer to them has been that I can't eat as much a day, as I am able to
juice for my morning meal... and since the apples and carotts go in with
skin and all I assumed that I was getting the benefits of the nutrients...
Is this true?
Also, I had read somewhere that you need to watch eating raw beets
especially if you might have any sort of heart problem. I really found
that when I juiced it, my heart raced so I had to cut way back....
Well you two guru's of nutrition, I look forward to seeing your
reply's... Also Jeanne, thanks for the news on Greg Andersons new book, I
didn't know he had one out. I read the Cancer Survivor which was a little
abstract but told a good story, and 50 Essential things... I will look forward
to finding his new one..
