I am so very delighted about the successes and progress that you both
have achieved. Truly, this is a journey in which we find very emotional,
anxious, sometimes mentally and physically painful for the both of you.
But in the short and long of this roller coaster, we gain. You and he
gain. The gain is heartwarming as a result of the closeness you both had
to ascertain and endure but, the effort is a quality life and love that
the two of you will look back on, oneday, with thankfulness to 'God, to
friends, to all the support team and to.....each other.
You will both see the trees and the flowers and the sun in a different
way. You will see people giving more of themselves as you in turn give
openly. You will hear the birds chirp lovingly and you will smell food
and wondrous aromas with glee and wonderment. We have, we do.
Our blessing also came from a team of friends that love you, as we do,
and just knowing that you and Charlie can pass on to so many your
success stories will give impetus of HOPE to all those that are in
desire of hope and needs. There are many doubts that we each feel and
share and I find and have kept all your messages to study and learn the
ability of ones capability to take charge in inordinate circumstances.
You two will find that quality life from this time on will be a
lifestyle change of which you will learn and understand what is best for
your wellness program, as we did and do. It will be a lifestyle of more
peace, calmness, love and nutritious appetites and to that I say lies
the blessing that we will be better off now than we were. I say that as
I look at my Barbara, as you look at Charlie and feel in your heart what
a treasure you and I have, as they must feel about us.
I say with a deep heart and conviction that you are both a blessing to
us and go with God in health, love, peace and the road to recovery will
be easier each day, with each light and with each new friend that
adheres to your courage.
