Lillian, are you feeling any better with the flu? Reminded me of James
garlic cure... eat one raw clove with an apple. Makes sure nobody comes
near you anyway. I think this is better.... recipe for artichokes, instead
of using butter (tho could use free range butter), brush on olive oil and
insert cloves of garlic inbetween the leaves. Steam for about 45 minutes.
Garlic as you know loses its fumes on cooking. Beats me if it loses its
effectiveness on cooking. I just use eschinea drops and a long shower.
I finished our taxes and we get Cathy's unused credits to reduce our taxes.
Plus she is a gourmet cook and avid gardener plus thinks her mom and dad
are great. Doesn't do windows, laundry or dust though so whoever she
marries will have to be able to do that or be prepared to live as unwashed
(but well fed) outcasts. Poor, too. Unfortunately, she wants to go to New
York and work at the Met Museum of Art or get a job with Martha Stewart.
