Marty....You are unfortunately reading the statement of someone who is
telling what he believes to be the truth and is cynical.  The sad thing is
that many have voiced the opinion that they cannot let the cure be found,
for it will have a great many effects on our economy...  I was sent a
message about money being pledged to build parks which I will forward next,
