Re: [MOL] Dr. Siegal-meditation and guided imagery techniques

Dear Jean,

There are many techniques and books on meditation. I was told by Dr.
Siegel not to make a job out of any thing you do in your wellness plan
as it adds to the toxic stress you are trying to eliminate. Now, I know
you don't have cancer, but with meditation, it truly is a simple
technique, beginning with breathing exercises, then being in a
comfortable room, alone and just shutting your eyes and thinking about
good thoughts and allow your mind to heal whatever the condition you are
trying to heal. With consistency, as a daily routine, the technique of
meditation and guided imagery has been very successful and there are a
number of ongoing clinical trials and many studies that have been
concluded with very positive results when the mind is given the
capability to heal the body. I know it has helped with Barb as she
became very spiritual with this technique and very aggressive in the
type or format of guided imagery she used to fight cancer or reduce
lymph gland involvement and each techniques was simply utilized and with
litte effort and miracles.....did occur.

God Bless
