I am by no means a pro at this internet stuff, but URL stands for "Universal Resource Locator" and is basically an addressing method for World Wide Web. So Betty, your daughter may have been referencing your address..."www.barry@..." for example. I don't know alot about the Web tv thing as I have a regular PC, so I can't help you out much with that. But, I bet there are some homepages out there or other people in your same predicament.
An interesting side note to your comment about everybody raising rates, I was listening to Public Radio and they were talking about the very issue...and how much we (i.e.internet users) are willing to pay for the service...
