Re: [MOL] ovarian cancer

Dear Erin: I have attached the various sites to help you acquire the
knowledge needed regarding your mothers cancer. However; when we ask a
doctor to give a life expectancy opinion, thats just what it is an opinion,
an educated guess. So often here on mol people thought they only had a
month or two to live, because thats what they were told and they have far
surpassed the time frame. Everyone is different and cancer treats everyone
differently. Allot depends on your mothers surroundings, is she surrounded
with love and little to no stress? Is she eating properly? Is she getting
allot of rest? Is she positive about herself and that she will get better?
All these things play important rolls in cancering and being a survivor.
Pls. know that we are happy that you wrote to us and if we may be of further
service just ask. Also , there are many wonderful people on this line, some
like yourself, a caregiver, and some cancering that also will respond to
your query. Sincerely, Lillian
