Dear Betty,
YOu sound like a chip off the old block. Courage, determination,
dedication all start with an attitude of positive beliefs and attitudes
in ones self or the person who we are caregiving for. cancer has many
myths and the first myth is cancer sends a very negative message. That
is a myth. With attitudes like yours and your deep spiritual emotions
then Carol will adhere to your positive emotions and feed off the most
aggressive of those emotions to be determined as well in her progress to
wellness. I pray for her as I also pray for your abilities to be the
caregiver. It is not easy for both, but to be what you believe in is the
first and foremost belief in beating the disease.
God Bless YOu both
