Sally: I live in the land of seafood, except for lobsters (and oh I love
lobsters); however my doctor has removed me from seafood (high in colesterol
SP?). Once in a great while I cheat, I can't help myself, I love seafood too
much. We shrimp here, crab, oysters and all kinds of wonderful fish.
They have a great dish called "Low Country Supper", takes no more than 15
mins., it all goes in a large pot and then you put the pot on the table and
people serve themselves. This makes it really easy on the hostess, she can
be with the people. If you would like I'll send you this really good
receipe. Love to you both, Lillian
