What you are doing is called "taking charge". I have read so much and
believe that it is those survivors who take charge of their wellness
succeed more and go on to good health for many years to come as opposed
to those that make other choices and choices that we feel so concerned
about. I wish I could convince others that your method of "taking
charge" is the beginning to resolve and well being. There are many books
on what you are doing and I am certain you will be graciously rewarded
for your efforts.
