Carla:
I'm sorry that the last few days have not been the easiest for you. Please
don't be so hard on yourself. You said it yourself; you're a strong
person, and my goodness, stronger than you thought if it took you this long
to break down! But, everyone needs to let it go sometimes. You know, I've
said before that for me, the easiest way to deal with things (so that I
don't break down) is get busy trying to "handle" it. You know, research,
the forum, etc. But, sometimes, it just comes crashing down. And,
usually, it's the stupidest little thing that "breaks the camel's back".
This one will make you laugh.......my life was not going well at all, and
my hormones were just a mess & my blood sugar level was higher than high,
but I was getting up everyday & facing the world. One day, on the way to
work, I was on the interstate and I let someone merge in front of me, and
they waved - like, "Hey, thanks!" And, I thought, "Awwwwwwww" and I bawled
for an hour! So, that should make you feel better; every time you start to
reprimand yourself for getting emotional over "the littlest thing",
remember me & you'll realize you're really not so bad!
HAVE A GREAT DAY, EVERYONE!
