I was so shocked to see your message about coming out of the hospital. It
sounds like the big house has a little of the arrogance disease that comes
with being so well thought of....
Please try to not let the stress affect your condition. I perfectly
understand the privacy thing. When I had my surgery I shared my room with a
very nice (i'm sure) octogenarian Chinese lady who spoke no English. She had
a very LAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGE family which came in droves to visit her. I will
not soon forget the experience of hearing for the first time that I had
cancer, while about 15 strangers watched and listened in hushed
attention....I came to refer to them as the "Mormon Tabernacle Choir"
(although the demographic's a little off., but you get the idea.....)
Anyway...I'm glad you stuck to your guns, but sorry you had to. Pulling for
you.....
