Is there any way in which you could arrange for visiting nurse service of
her state to make daily visits to assure her taking the medicine on time?

You might want to talk with the girl that comes by to give her the
medication and see if she can get a pill container from the pharmacy to
put one dose of her medication in. She would then be able to take the
medication herself when the girl is going to be very late and the girl
can simply restock the "emergency" supply when she does arrive. This
might relieve some of the aprehension that Grandma is expierencing.

Is there a church group in her area that might provide meals on wheels to
the elderly? Many communities provide this kind of service to be sure
that the elderly are getting balanced meals. You may want to call
information for Goshen and see if there is an Elder Service listing, or
ask information for Indiana's Elder Services.

I will sed off a card to Carol to encourage her to keep up the fight.
God Bless you and know that we will help in any way we can.
