Hey Julia: I am not an experct on hiatal hernia's; but I don't believe they
just go away. Diet is the most important thing, then surgery; however it
has been known for an hiatal heria to return. I would suggest your use your
browser, type in Medicine On Line, browse through a whole list of medical
references and select the one you feel best suites your needs. It was nice
