Dear Torie,
You might want to consider St. John's Wart instead. It is a natural
alternative to Paxal or any of those drugs and has proven to be an
effective mood elivator. Also, I have limited myself to reading ONLY
uplifting and spiritual material and being in contact with only positive
people. Try getting a book called "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff...and
it's all small stuff". It's a fun and easy to read book with some great
suggestions for lifting the negative cloud!
