Pls. advise me as to why you are getting a MRI of the Brain? Is it just
standard proceedure? I have had alot of brain MRI done; but it was for two
reasons, 1st I have a benign tumor (well they never tested it, because of
it's location), rt. temporal lobe, 2nd when the mennegies swelled around my
brain. Is a bone scan and a bone density test the same? Excuse my
ignorance; but I need an answer to this. I peek into all my folders; infact
I have copies of everything and am I glad since I have suffered pernment
damage simply because the doctor would not listen to me. I must take meds.
the rest of my life; just to live. No, I am not afraid of cancer, I am
afraid of the doctors! By the way your doctor should have the MRI results
with in the same day if your going in the morning and the next day if you go
in the afternoon. I don't let the doctors keep me waiting long, I carried
all my medical records. You would be amazed at what you learn and you
appreciate this complex thing called our bodies, our minds. Good luck and
prayers your way, lillian
