Laura / doelger
So sorry. It seems you are in a desperate situation by every measure.
Former expriences and recent reading leads me to conclude that many types of
cancer die at 41.5 degrees Celcius and, for adults, normal cells begin to die
at 42 degrees Celcius.
Due to the localized nature of the tumor, I would ask the doctors if an
injected heated soluiton could be made into the tumor with a shunt to drain
the site simultaneously. Not being a medical person, do not know how they
would react, but if all else is failing, there is nothing to be lost injecting
a continuous stream of 41.75 degree Celcius fluid directly into the tumor.
Sorry if this is perceived to be totally far afield, but there has also been
ultrasonic experimentation to cause some of the material in tumor sites to
crystalize into some kind of alkalyds which arrest continuing tumor
development.
Again, I apologize if I am giving suggestions which take you thorugh more
pain, but you seem to be grasping for straws.
Hopefully, someone else will respond with a more conventional approach.
Good luck Laura. I assume you are not the Laura with the 29 year old
husband????
Take care of your self in this strife. You need your strength as a caregiver
and also to hold up to the stress.
Bob
