Theresa, I think you should pop over to the Website on Hydrazine
(connected to Kathy Keeton who had been the champion of the drug and
Dr. Gold's research: http//www.kathykeeton-cancer.com/). This is a
fairly well-organized Site that includes the latest diet information,
how to get the drug, related articles of interest and a good bulletin
board. I believe you can be assured that it is as legitimate as it
gets on the Net. (And we have been quite pleased with the
professionalism of the drug's distributor).
My parents both use(d) Hydrazine. My father, however, died from
lung cancer Nov. 1. However, he noticed wonderful benefits --
including weight gain, energy, etc. -- and of course, hope (I am
greatly saddened that for him it's full benefit was just too late).
Who really knows how much extra time it did offer him.
My mother (breast-to-bone cancer) -- on the other hand -- is
enjoying many benefits that are substantially aiding her quality of
life, and her treatment, we believe. She has been on it for several
months and has noticed weight gain (proven and accepted by the
general MD community to aid in the wasting-away syndrome), reduced
pain, increased energy and perhaps even an impact on her tumor
markers -- hard to detect the sources of any body changes, I guess.
At any rate, she swears by it and refuses any other medications that
might inhibit i's good use (anti-depressants, etc.) It can be used in
conjunction with chemo and radiation. The only kicker, we blieve, is
that anyone using it must adhere strictly to the diet -- or it has
caused her some annoying side effects, as well as concern that
straying away from the restrictions may inhibit it.
Anyway, if you are unable to access the Site and need more
information, either e-mail or call me and I will help to get you the
information. This may very well be a drug that changes the life of
the next person who uses it. I STRONGLY urge you to read up on the
studies and articles obtainable through that Site.
FYI... my brother is a doctor and wildly supports its use by my
mother, as does her oncologist. We did present it as part of her
treatment regime to her doctors for further consult. I think it is
picking up approval with each passing day by those in the traditional
medical community. My very best to you. Mary
