Hi, Jeanne: That's probably why -- I hadn't thought about that! I'm sure your supplier was telling you the truth, and I can understand why you'd want to go that route. Our turkeys are incredibly fat and taste good, but they're injected with stuff, and I sometimes wonder what!
Our snow is gone and it actually feels HOT here compared to lasst week! It's going to 50 degrees this afternoon, and is very slushy and ugly looking. The snow on Christmas was so lovely, even if it did keep my parents at home. It sounds like you had a great one, too.
I think I need to go outside. I feel like I'm having a hot flash, and it's just the heating system in this old building. Our law firm bought the old library in Boise -- one of the many Carnegie buildings -- and it's lovely, but the heating system is a joke, and not a particularly funny one!
Happy New Year, Jeanne. Love, Kathy

Kathy, EVERTHING tasted better when we were kids. Our taste buds were in
good shape. Anyway, our supplier SAYS that no hormones but buyer beware as
Caroline says. I learned a lot from Martha and everyday, too. Like studying
cultural anthrology for me. Marvellously fascinating. Recipes work with my
one pot of utensils, too. LOL, Love, Jeanne
