Re: [MOL] range free turkey?

Hi and Merry Christmas to whoever this post is actually going to,
I don't know who's address this goes to as it has about five different
messages on it before mine. Actually a free range turkey is one that is not
kept cooped up in a cage but gets exactly the same kind of feed as any
cooped up turkey. Basically you are paying a much higher price for the
"Free Range Turkey" than the cooped variety and getting exactly the same
amount of chemicals in their feed as the cooped up variety. My husband used
to work on a turkey farm. Yuk!! Although we still eat turkey. Basically the
only ones who benefit from free range turkeys are the turkeys as they get
to have closer relations with their neighbors. Ha ha ha!!!
Happy Holidays,
Caroline from Canada
