Thanks for the reply Marty, and you are right that the yoghurt should be
natural, only fresh fruit should be added, although I do like the flavoured
ones (ski lite especially!)
Most of our yoghurts in the supermarket are clearly marked as to what
additives they do, or don't have, so I guess we are fairly lucky in that
respect. Our food and drug administration is fairly strict on these things.
