Thank you for that information. May I also add that when buying yogurt
that it should be in its natural form and not to have included the sugar
fruits that are added in with it as it limits and restricts the
essential benefits of acidopholus and bicifodus provdies. Also its
always best to read the label and ensure that acidopholus and bicifodus
cultures are added and included in the yogurt as many do not have that.
