Dear Kathy,
If you don't mind in the new year, I will be sharing some Italian
recipes with you and whomever else, that you may find interesting. Now I
am not an officiando or a chef, but the recipes are the substitutes for
the cheeses and breads and pizza doughs that are more nutritious than
say the processed foods. Hope you don't mind and you may be interested.
We have learned to cook utilizing recipes from nutrition books and
immune therapy clinics. And we love all kinds of foods, italian,
Mexican, Oriental, Mideastern, etc. So we experiment. Hate to do dishes
though. YIkes. Anyway enjoy the fudge......I will not be a food tyrant
through the remainde of the year, LOl.
