Marty: I must confess, though. I do like fudge. My mother used to make the best kind when I was little -- in a big, cast iron skillet. She'd whip it until the shine came off, then throw in chopped walnuts, butter and vanilla. Yum. I couldn't wait for it to come out of the fridge! It was a special treat, because even then I think my mother knew candy wasn't the best thing in the world for us, so we ate it in moderation. I raised my children the same way, and to this day, none of us has a sweet tooth. However, put a pizza or any other kind of Italian food in front of us and stand back! LOL Love, Kathy

YOu know me, I did that with tongue in cheek and biting my tongue at the
same time. But if there is medical info that may benefit each and all,
then I try to keep all doors open and post even though I fraught at the

Kathy, I believe, that I am a glutten. If I take one piece, I can't stop
and thats where it gets me into trouble. So, I would rather just not
