Dear Kathy,
You are correct about the endorphins or is that dolphins? But, yes you
are correct. Yes, indeed, force yourself while I gulp in envy. If I eat
one, I will eat the whole box. Cant do that. I have no will power when
it comes to sugar and candies and cookies. So I just do not indulge. I
envy those that can just eat one or in moderation. Oh well, enjoy Kathy
as it it is a great time of the year to enjoy. Stay well that is the key
