Wanda:  Your mother shouldn't be afraid to take it.  The side effects don't
necessarily occur.  I took it myself, but it didn't do me any good, so I was
switched to Zofran, which worked wonders, but is very expensive.  Ginger
tablets can help, and Essiac tea is supposed to work wonders, although I
didn't learn about it until my chemo was over.  If you can't get any right
away, though, encourage her to take her anti-nausea medicine.  It's a lot
