Dear Friend,
Oh, do I feel for you and your wife! I am a breast cancer survivor who
experienced horrible nausea during chemo, which was not resolved by the
medications you listed (yes, I tried them all!) The ONLY thing that gave me
relief was acupuncture and herbs, plus acupressure "dots"on key pressure
points, that I used as needed. I don't know if the source of the nausea
makes a difference, but this was a Godsend. Also important was that my
acupuncturist worked to rebuild my immune system, and while he made no
great claims, I saw a huge difference in my energy level. We're all strung
a little differently, but these treatments really made a difference, in
spite of my initial strong scepticism. The trick is to find a good
practitioner who uses fresh herbs (you may want to ask around at a health
food store).
Hope this is helpful, and please know that you are both in my prayers. Also
know that this forum is a wonderful sourcew of support for those of us on
the cancering journey. Don't be bashful about joining in! Love, joicy
