[MOL] nausea from cancer and its treatment

My wife has had gloibastoma multiforme for almost a year. She had a
craniotomy in December of 97. Then IMRT radiation treatment for two months in
March and April. She has been on BCNU and Temezolimide for 30 weeks. Shortly
after beginning her radiation treatment she has been extremely naseaus, she
does not vomit but is always nauseas. We have tried
compazine, reglan, zofran, marinol, tigan, ativan, kytril and phenergan. I have
been giving her 25mg intraveneously of phenergan through a catheter in her
chest. This helps for about an hour but that is all. She also receives
decadron through this catheter. We are looking for a MEDICATION TO ALLEVIATE
HER NAUSEA. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated
