I hope you had a great turkey day. It seems like a blink of an eye since
my mother died in 1991; she used to do the cooking. After 8 years, you
would think I would be used to doing it, but somehow not. I decided to
keep it simple; not let it overwhelm me, and just take one thing at a time.
The worst is at the end, when you're trying like mad to make sure
everything gets on the table at the same time, and is hot too!
