I do that muscle relaxing technique at times when I have trouble sleeping
as well. Usually, I just stay up so late that my eyes don't want to stay
open anymore and I'm asleep before my head hits the pillow. LOL. Luckily I
have never had a problem going to sleep. Sometimes I just lay in bed and
daydream, something outrageous.
