Re: [MOL] Gail

Dear Lillian,
I have three grandchildren unfortunately they live in Vermont and I live in Oregon. I love being Nana!!!!! I haven't had time to read much lately except for e-mail so I don't know about the debunking of food. I was one of those eaters who happens to love broccoli and I would bring it to work for lunch. It is suppose to keep colon cancer at bay. Didn't work for me! Do you really believe in horoscopes?

>Gail, I wouldn't be able to guess what it is; just know it drives you crazy and I hope your new doctor is right and can get to the bottom of it for you. By the way have you read where they are debunking food as a cause for colon cancer? I remember the first time I had cancer they tried ever so hard to put me in a pigeon hole slot and
>I did not fit in any of them. The crazy thing is that once I read my horoscope and it said that I would have female organ cancer. It also said I must be careful not to be in a head on collision! Morbid little horoscope huh? Your friend, lillian

It gave them some power over the situation and something to do. My advice would be to listen, don't down play his fears but make sure you acknowledge them.
