Lillian, Thank you for the words of encouragement.  My dad does have a VERY
positive attitude and surrounds himself with the same type of people, we are
very grateful for all of his wonderful friends and supportive wife.  We know
that he can beat this, we just have to figure out how!  If any one out there
is using the "Shark Cartilage" please let me know also if you have any
information on it.  When I am looking for it on the web, I am only coming up
with people who sell it and not so much the effects of it. The clinical
trials sound interesting, I would like to learn more so that I can pass the
