Liz & Judy,
You are good to remind us to exercise our arms. I have been doing a lot of
painting and typing lately and my shoulder and arm are aching as well.
Started doing my arm exercises again. Feels better. I guess Lillian was
right, you have to keep up the exercise. Thanks.
