Dear June:  I know you are relieved to get your phone call from Dr.
Lederman!  Did you do an Irish Jig,  a Polka, or what? 
That's great news and I know you will do just fine.  Corinne is really
a nice contact to have near you and I don't believe John is too far away
either.  As soon as all the molers in that general area know your
heading that way, they will speak up on line and identify themselves. 
Realizing ofcourse that places like Staten Island, Long Island, Manhattan;
etc. are very large cities themselves; so it is possible for some to be
a couple of hour's away from S.I. or more.  I am happy for you and
pls. let us know when you start your treatments, how your treatments are
going and would you recommend this treatment to other's?   Love,

I spoke to Dr. Lederman last night and I have to call today and make an appointment for the Radiosurgery to my left lung.  It's supposed to be just 5 treatments and he says it won't interfere with my emphysema.  I hope that's correct since the tumor is right behind my rib cage.  Since you are in S.I. I thought I would let you know.  I am nervous.
