Dear Carol,
Hope your day is more peaceful than the past week or so has been.
I live in Baltimore; have heard that while JH has a great oncology center,
they are so into research that they sometimes forget their patients are
people.
Certainly your doc is taking an agressive approach. While not a doctor, I
believe in being agressive with this junk. Get rid of it in the quickest
way possible - I am still taking chemo every week - tomorrow will be one
month.
Am beginning to experience a lot of joint pain and the hair is breaking off
- such fun - but I am determined - joints or no joints, hair or no hair.
Trust you will do well with your treatment.
You are in my thoughts and prayers.
