Hello....my husband was diagnosed with Renal Cell Carcinoma...he had
his left kidney removed...the Pathology report said the following...
Left Kidney,radical nephrectomy,Large Renal Cell Adenocarcinoma,Grade
IV.granular cell type with focal papillary pattern...Carcinoma
invades perinephric fat extensively,isolated perinephric venules and
left adrenal gland Carcinoma is present on the superior aspect. They
removed a rib...that reads Normocellular marrow...mestastasis is not
identified....and they removed the left adrenal gland segment...it
reads mestastatic renal ceell adenocarcinoma in adrenal segment...can
you put this in terms I can understand..Thanks...Helen E Johnson
