I know what you mean about not being able to sleep in hospitals..it's pretty
fresh in my mind..
the plastic mattress and pillows are wonderful too, for reflecting your own
body heat back to
you about fourfold....and when one is of a certain age and gender and having
hot flashes this can be unbelievably
frustrating...
