i just found out that my uncle may have leukemia. he had a routine
physical done yesterday and they found that his white blood cell count
was abnormally high - which i guess is an indication of possible
leukemia.
i was just wondering what the survival rate was of patients with
leukemia. from what i've just read, it seems it's one of the cancers
that is hard to detect and therefore often fatal.
