[MOL] Crinnions?

>... I would encourage you to call either the
>Livingston Foundation in SAn Diego, Cal. or the Health Quarters in
>Colorado Springs, Col. or Gerson Clinic, in Mexico or Crinnions in
>Bellevue, Wash for their packets of information....

Do you have more info on Crinnions? Like Phone no., address, eMail, etc.
I found nothing on the Web. I live close to Belleview but have never heard
of Crinnions.
I have become very interested in Metabolic therapies and have been
contemplating a visit to one of the above facilities. And, for some time
now, I have been wanting to open a topic here in this forum. And I guess
that time has come.
I do not have Cancer. At least it was not detected by various diagnostic
procedures that I have recently been through. But I have reason to believe
that I am at risk. Due to overexposure to Asbestos and other hazardous
materials.
At this point I'll say hello to Lisa Whiting and Nancy Traill - from the
person who sent them the Stephen Jay Gould article ("The Median is not the
Message" (?). (Gould is a 15-year survivor of abdominal Mesothelioma and
writes books on Evolutionary Biology). (My friend was diagnosed with pleural
Mesothelioma in January and a possible source of Asbestos exposure was an
environment we both shared 20 to 25 years ago).
But I must be brief and return to the topic. Is anybody out there
actively and seriously involved in preventative practices? Of the above
institutions, which would you recommend? Are there others? Are the
treatments portable (do-at-home)? Could some of these practices be harmful?
What about "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"? Is this Hypochondriasis?
Aren't we all at risk? What about minimizing the risk? In my case there's
nothing I can do to change what happened 25 years ago when I didn't even
know what was happening - but can I "detoxify" myself now?
Anyway, I've just been severed from a 27 year job and have been thinking
of using some of the compensation monies and free time to beef up my immune
system *before* I'm diagnosed. What do you think?

By the way, I have been getting a lot out of this forum since joining it
in March, but have contributed very little. And here I am asking for more!
Well I'll tell you what. If I follow through with my plan - based on advice
to the above queries - I'll keep a log of my observations and post them on
this forum. Also, I'll go right now and try to answer some of my own
questions and post my findings.

Thanks everybody
