I don't know where you are located, I believe you said in Israel, but
there are doctors in California who have and specialize in the area of
Melanoma and of course  very good clinical trials being conducted at
Bethesda, Maryland and Stanford in NOrthern California and MD Anderson
in texas for the specific gene therapy for tumors in many cancers.  

YOu may wish to contact the National Cancer Institute for clinical
trials specifically for melanoma metastasis for comprehensive hospitals
in your area that are conducting these trials. There toll free number is
