This is a message I received in response to the the Livingston program
follow-up that we just came back from. Cindy Melancon is the publisher
of "conversations" a monthly newsletter about Ovarian cancer.
Once again, I am not advertising about Livingston, but I am endorsing
the great response cancer survivors have to the alternative methods of
approach by a medical facility who administers and treats their clients
with a program of well rounded alternative that includes, the
revitalization and maintenance of the immune system. We have learned
that there is no known proven fact from the medical community about
nutrition and revitalization of the immune system and the detoxification
of vital organs in order to strenghthen the ability for the system to
function properly, but the more I read and hear from those that follow
these programs whether it be Livingston Foundaiton or Gerson Clinic, or
Health Quarters, or Dr. Crinnion then it I believe it is essential for
as many of those survivors who are diagnosed and as well as cancer free,
to be on a comprehensive program of revitalizing the immune system with
a well rounded medically controlled program. If we are to continue
treatments with chemotherapy and radiation and such until sometime where
there are treatments other than those that are debilitating, then we
must do something to at least maintain or keep our immune system strong.
That is keeping an open mind to alternative as well. This has been our
experience in both areas.
